For Ørestad is the overarching requirement that the district must present itself as a modern equivalent of the old center of Copenhagen. The district should have a high architectural design and environmental quality.

UCI BMX World Championships 2011 in Copenhagen showed that the sport can be both extreme, nerve-wracking and action-packed when championships were met by the strongest riders ever in a World Cup.
18,000 fans created a great atmosphere. The total of 18 thousand fans gathered in Copenhagen to cheer on their favorite riders through the race where 2200 athletes competed. The world famous track in Copenhagen contained bright summer days, which offered the perfect place for five days of hardcore competition and cheerful atmosphere.
When I was in place at this year's World Championships, it featured the strongest field ever seen at a championship with Olympic champions, reigning world champions, European champions and world champions in BMX racing. The competition was tough on the track and Copenhagen presented a five-day contest and performances from the world's best cyclists.

Field's was something of an experience. After a few hours, we had still not gonethrough half of the shoppingcentre. A very impressive store.
